Returns and Refunds.

How returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Dykes Motors.

Return window. Parts and accessories ordered from our online parts store may be returned within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Free return shipping. Return shipping is free. A return label is included in the package, so returns go back by mail with nothing to print or pay for. You can also drop the item off at the dealership, 3069 Hwy 49, Collins, MS 39428, during business hours at no charge.

Exchanges. We accept exchanges. If you ordered the wrong part or need a different one, contact us and we will set up the swap.

Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 days of our receiving and inspecting the return.

Exceptions. Clearance items marked final sale may carry different return terms, which we state on the product page.

Starting a return. Call Service and Parts at (601) 336-2541 or email info@dykesmotors.com with your order number and we will take it from there.

New, unused Ferris mowers and parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Defective items returned within 30 days are refunded in full, including shipping. Mowers that have been used or operated are not eligible for return and are covered by the Ferris factory warranty instead. Full details are on the Ferris shipping and returns page .

LS Tractor Equipment

New LS Tractor equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the unit has not been put into service and is in original condition. A restocking fee may apply. Attachments and implements may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Defective units must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup, and all returns require prior authorization. Full details are on the LS Tractor policies page .

New Bobcat equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the unit has not been put into service and is returned in its original condition. A restocking fee may apply. Attachments and implements may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Defective units must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup, and all returns require prior authorization. Full details are on the Bobcat policies page .

This page covers parts and equipment orders. Used vehicle sales are subject to our standard sales documents, and every used vehicle is sold with an FTC Buyers Guide on the window that states whether the vehicle comes with a dealer warranty or is sold as is, along with any manufacturer warranty that remains transferable.
